How long does it take to go live?
Most single-outlet restaurants are live within seven days. Multi-outlet groups take two to three weeks because we onboard each outlet with a dedicated specialist on opening day.
Do I need to buy new hardware?
No. The waiter app runs on any Android device you already own. We support most thermal printers and cash drawers on the market. We can recommend or sell a starter bundle if you want one.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You leave with everything. One-click export to standard formats (CSV, Excel, PDF). Your data is yours, period. We don't hold anything hostage.
Does the POS really work offline?
