Pricing FAQ

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a no-credit-card trial. You'll see the exact trial length next to each plan above. You can keep your data when you upgrade.
What happens if I outgrow my plan mid-month?
Nothing breaks. We'll prorate the upgrade and add the new seats/outlets immediately. No suspension, no "please upgrade" walls in the middle of service.
Are there setup or hardware fees?
No setup fee. The waiter app runs on any Android device you already own. We can recommend or sell a starter hardware bundle if you need printers or a barcode scanner.
Do you charge per terminal?
No. Each plan includes a number of users (logins), not devices. Add as many terminals, waiter tablets, or kitchen displays as you want at no extra cost.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards via Stripe and Square, ACH for annual plans, and local methods (bKash, M-Pesa, etc.) in supported regions. Invoices available for enterprise customers.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly later?
Yes — from any plan, any time. We credit the unused monthly portion against your annual invoice automatically.
